1. Seller
stewarding.eu is operated by Alex Kuru, Sajókeresztúr, Hungary (info@stewarding.eu). By subscribing to or using the service you are contracting with Alex Kuru.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a hotel or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it; individuals must be of legal age.
3. The service
Stewarding is a web platform for hotel kitchen and stewarding operations: tasks, HACCP temperature logs, reports, staff PIN access and optional add-ons such as e-signature and NFC fridge logging.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and PINs confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or interfering with security, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing technical limits.
6. Intellectual property
Alex Kuru retains all rights in the service, its software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
8. Service level
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. After termination, data of expired trials and closed accounts is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, data or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law; courts of Hungary have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
